1. Order status:

  • Processing - We have received payment for your order and it has been created.
  • Order Received - Your order is waiting to be processed by the Dispatch Team.
  • Pick - Your order is being worked on by the Dispatch Team. Please note, your order cannot be amended at this stage.
  • Complete - Your order has been completed and will arrive with you in the specified time frame.
  • Closed - Your order has been refunded.
  • On Hold - There may be an issue with your order. Our Customer Service Team will contact you to notify you of any issues.
  • Pending - Your order is waiting to be processed. Our Customer Service Team will contact you should there be any issues.


2. Where is my order?:

If your order has not arrived when you were expecting it then please check the following:

  • Check you have received a dispatch confirmation email from us.
  • Sign in and check your account on our AlegantMall website. Are your details correct? Such as your delivery address, contact number are up to date etc.
  • Check for text messages, emails and attempted delivery from one of our couriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local delivery depot or you may need to re-arrange delivery.
  • Check no one else residing at your address has taken receipt of your parcel. If you still can't locate your parcel then please contact our Customer Services team with your order number to hand. We will endeavour to find your parcel straight away. All of our shipments are insured to the necessary value, so should it not be found we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.


3. Can I change or cancel my order?:

You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed by AlegantMall. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. If you have any issues or enquiries about your cancellation, please feel free to contact our customer service.


4. There is a problem with the order I received:

If you discover an issue with your order, please contact our customer support. AlegantMall will do our best to resolve this issue for you as soon as possible.


5. Can you confirm you have received my return?:

AlegantMall aims to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the return is complete. Feel free to contact AlegantMall’s customer service should you have any queries about your returns


6. Delivery:

AlegantMall delivery islandwide with our team of carriers. All services make deliveries between 9am - 6pm. Delivery fee is a flat delivery fee of $5 regardless of the number of partners you order from. Orders above $100 will enjoy free delivery. Orders will arrive in separately if customer has ordered from different vendors.
