1. What is your return address?:

2. What is your online returns policy?:

AlegantMall offers everyone a free collection service If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to the boutique in time.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.

However, returns of the following products are not applicable:

  • Health and personal care orders
  • Grocery Products
  • Undergarments
  • Products requiring installation, customisation or are bulky

In addition, customers will have to include any of the following that came with the order for all returns:

  • Free gifts
  • Warranties
  • Tags
  • Manuals
  • Any other accessories

Please Note: If returned item does not meet any of the above requirements, AlegantMall reserve the right to reject the request for return.

 

3. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?:

AlegantMall apologises for the inconvenience caused and would like to immediately resolve this with you.

Please provide us with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • The issue of the order
  • Name of product & Serial number of product on packaging or product tag
  • Pictures or Videos on the defect

Please Note: If your item has become faulty or found defective outside of our 6 months timeframe, AlegantMall will not be able to do a return for you.

 

4. Can you confirm you have received my return?:

AlegantMall aims to process returns within 5 working days of receiving them. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the return is complete. Feel free to contact AlegantMall’s customer service should you have any queries about your returns.

 

5. How long will it be before I get an exchange?:

AlegantMall aims to process your returns within 5 days. Once return has been processed and confirmed, provided AlegantMall has the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within the next 5 working days. Overall expected time for a exchange can be up to 10 days maximum upon receiving the returned item.
